Cliff Design & Development AB will divide into Cliff Design AB and Cliff Models & Prototype AB. The current model and prototype business will reside in Cliff Models & Prototype AB and the design business will reside in Cliff Design AB. No changes will be made to ownership staff structure, contact persons, addresses or phone numbers. The reason for the change is due to the fact that the two business areas have two distinctively different business models. With that, Cliff strengthens its positions in each area of operation and clarifies the strengths of each subsidiary.
